Includes: -1 hour Ceremony -5 hour Reception -Little Lynn Hall with 20x30 Draped Tent -Chairs for up to 50 guest -Round or Rectangle tables (Linens not included) -3 hours set-up and 1 hour breakdown
Cancellation Policy
Customer may cancel event at any time up to 180 days prior to the Event Date by providing written notice of such election to Patricia Williams at info@woodcrestevents.com, at no cost. If customer cancels between 179 and 61 days prior to the Event Date, the $500 deposit will be forfeited or can be applied towards a rescheduled event date with in 90 days of original event. For cancellations less than 61 days prior to Event Date, Customer will be charged 50% of the Rental Costs and any expenses incurred.
