Service Description

Includes: -5 hour use of the Little Lynn Hall plus adjacent 20 x 40 outdoor space with Tent -up to 12 Round/Rectangle tables (Linens not included) -up to 96 Chairs -2 hour set-up and 1 hour breakdown -add $450 to drape tent


Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel event at any time up to 30 days prior to the Event Date by providing written notice of such election to Patricia Williams, at no cost. If customer cancels between 30-14 days prior to the Event Date, the deposit will be forfeited or can be applied towards a rescheduled event date within 90 days of original event date. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to Event Date, Customer will be charged 50% of the Rental Costs and any expenses incurred.
