Service Description

Ceremony: -Choice of Ceremony Site: Cactus Garden, Eucalyptus Tree Lawn -Chairs (up to 150) -Ceremony arch/backdrop -Gift table -1 hour for ceremony -Set up 2 hours prior for decorating -3 cocktail tables Reception: -5 Hour reception -Chairs for up to 150 guests -Little Lynn Hall and Draped Tent (tent size varies based on number of guest) -Round and/or Rectangle tables (Linens not included) -On-site event management (does not replace wedding coordinator) -1 Parking Attendant -1 Security staff included -Sweetheart table, Cake table, Desert table, Sign-in table -3 hour set up and 1 hour breakdown -Parking for up to 60 vehicles


Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel event at any time up to 180 days prior to the Event Date by providing written notice of such election to Patricia Williams at info@woodcrestevents.com, at no cost. If customer cancels between 179 and 61 days prior to the Event Date, the $500 deposit will be forfeited or can be applied towards a rescheduled event date with in 90 days of original event. For cancellations less than 61 days prior to Event Date, Customer will be charged 50% of the Rental Costs and any expenses incurred.
